Amcat partners with QAS to offer contact centers data capture verification tools

Oklahoma City, OK - Manchester, UK, 20th March, 2007 – Amcat, a global leader in customer care & interaction solutions has become an accredited partner of market leading address management and data integrity solutions supplier, QAS, an Experian company.  Under the new agreement Amcat will be able to deliver QAS’s QuickAddress Pro technology embedded as part of its Contact Center Suite solution. The combined functionality will be jointly marketed and ensures quick and accurate data capture directly into the agent application.
