Amcat partners with Aculab to provide affordable & mission-critical IP contact center solutions

Edmond, Oklahoma 11th July, 2006 — Amcat™ announced today its partnership with Aculab to utilize its Prosody X next generation media processing platform that includes enhanced VoIP and security features. The relationship will enable Amcat customers, especially those with multiple sites and/or mission critical operations to take advantage of the greater IP functionality, resilience and scalability provided by Prosody X, as part of Amcat’s Contact Center Suite solution.
