Amcat Wins first ATA 'Technovation' Award

Contact Center Suite 2005 recognized for delivering operational efficiency, cost-savings & better methods to manage customer life cycles

 

Edmond, Oklahoma, 6th October, 2005 - Amcat, a global leader in call center technology solutions, has won a prestigious award for technical innovation.  The “American Teleservices Association (ATA) Technovation Award” was presented at the annual 2005 ATA convention held in San Diego on September 25th-28th and recognized Amcat’s industry leading product, “Contact Center Suite 2005,” for its ability to improve a contact center’s operational efficiency and lower its costs through ground-breaking integration, implementation and communication processes.  Additionally, Amcat was recognized for helping customers implement life cycle contact management programs.
