Management Team
Jim Texter is instrumental to Amcat becoming a leading provider of unified contact center management solutions. He has over twenty five years experience in the design and development of IT & Telecom based commercial business applications.
Since 1995, Jim has been responsible for leading the Research & Development team at Amcat. During this time, he has been instrumental in designing and developing the first Windows based predictive dialing system which received Call Center Solutions Magazine’s ‘Product of the Year award’ in 1999 for innovative blending of inbound/outbound calling. Under Jim’s direction, Amcat is continuing to focus on developing new and innovative operational efficiency products for the call center market. Prior to joining Amcat, Jim worked with a number of IT companies including Indepth Data Inc. He began his career with the U.S. Air Force where he worked for over ten years in software development.

Colin Chave manages Noble Amcat's UK and EMEA operations, with 18+ years of contact centre technology experience. A specialist in business development and an industry veteran with proven leadership in the EMEA region, Colin is responsible for overseeing the company's Pan European relationships.
Daniel Mollard of Amcat GmbH, is responsible for the strategy and growth of Amcat within the DACH countries of Europe (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). He has over 12 years experience within the call centre market and joined Amcat in 2002.
Through his previous appointments, from a Call Centre Supervisor up to Managing Director at Quay Contact, a leading UK based contact centre, he became equally familiar with the business challenges and business related processes of a state-of-the art contact centre as well as with its technical environment.
Daniel has lived in Germany since 2005, initially working on the implementation of over 1000 seats at Walter TeleMedien, the largest call centre operation in Germany.
Jeff Fontenot brings over twelve years of industry experience in account management, business development & CRM knowledge to Amcat. Jeffs excellent understanding of consultative selling, with particular skills in analyzing the individual requirements of a business provides Amcat with a process-oriented approach to understanding a companys customer interaction and data management requirements. This successful methodology provides strong benefits and positive ROI for Amcat customers. Previously with POS (point of sale) technology specialist, Savista Corporation, Jeff has also worked at several Oklahoma-based technology companies including Apigent Solutions. Jeff is a member of the Project Management Institute.
